Scott McLauthin (Class of 1974)Scott attended Willamette University School of Law after graduating from USAFA, then served in the Air Force as a Judge Advocate, retiring in 2004 as the Staff Judge Advocate for Air Force Space Command. From 2005 to 2010, Scott was a Consultant and In-House Counsel for Toffler Associates, an executive advisory firm. Since 2011, Scott has worked as a Civilian Attorney in USAFA’s Legal Office. Living in Colorado Springs since 2002, Scott and his wife, Mickey, remain active in the community with Mickey as a local stained glass crafter and Scott serving on the Board of Directors for the Peterson Air Force Base Air and Space Museum and singing with a local Barbershop Chorus. Scott and Mickey have sponsored Cadets and are USAFA Football season ticket holders. Scott has organized and participated in numerous activities for the Rampart Chapter of the AOG as a member of the Chapter’s Board of Directors for the last five years, and would appreciate the opportunity to continue as a Director, finding ways for the Chapter to better support Cadets and make the Chapter’s activities relevant, enjoyable, and meaningful to USAFA graduates in the Colorado Springs community.
